Fruits basket: well it doesn't really have nude except when they change back to their original forms but its not like it shows...
go to youtube.com to check it out, its in Japanese or English though I'm not sure if episode 14 is available
hope this helps
there's 26 episodes total
4 volumes (DVD sets)
like the other above me Cardcaptor Sakura works too
NOTE: i watched all Cardcaptor Sakura and fruits basket!! its good
Full Moon?? well would kissing be appropriate for her you think
and Mermaid Melody also has kissing (love type of thing)... its about mermaids, of course...
Naruto and Bleach: kinda like boy stuff but i don't see why not to watch it i mean i watch it myself (has violence, I believe, not really, well, they're both fighting so...
(everything except Fruits Basket is in japanese though Fruits Basket has both JP and EN, if in JP it would have subtitles in EN
REVIEW:
Fruits Basket- perfect i think
Cardcaptor Sakura- perfect i think (love in it)
Full Moon (has a longer name)- love in it
Mermaid Melody (2 seasons)- love in it
Naruto- violence, fighting (not much)
Bleach-violence, fighting (not much)
Kamikaze Kaitou Jeanne- stealing things/sealing demons, love in it
DNAngel- stealing magic things, love in it
OK do the rest yourself...

Most anime has blood and violence I've been an anime fan since I was 11. I didn't even care about the blood I just liked the story lines and characters. The only ones I could suggest would maybe be D.N.Angel, Generator Gawl, or Naruto I don't think there is blood or nudity in those

Watch Fruits Basket, ermm thats it, most anime have a little blood and a bit of nudity, though not much, an anime is not an anime with some violence, its funny, like in FMP when Kaname hits Sousuke.
Anime is for ages 13-16+.

Card Captor Sakura - a little on the violent side, but more action.
Mermaid Melody Pichi Pichi Pitch - love, maybe a bit more mature themes.
Sailormoon - also a little on the violent side.
Kaleido Star - people get hurt a bit, but very rarely is there violence.
Pokemon - fighting monsters, may be a bit scary.
Super GALS! - a little on the violent side.
DiGi Charat - I haven't watched this one, but it seems cute.
Most of the stuff by Hayao Miyazaki-sensei is good and child oriented. My Neighbour Totoro, Spirited Away, Howl's Moving Castle, and Kiki's Delivery Service are all good.
Good luck!
Note: They're all better in Japanese with English subtitles, so make sure she's a good reader if you do watch it in Japanese. The dubs (voice overs) aren't very good for.... most of these animes.

Its kinda hard to find good anime without at least some violence or semi-nudity. :o) Fruits Basket, Cardcaptor Sakura, and any Miyazaki movies. Except Princess Mononoke. Castle In The Sky is my absolute fav Miyazaki movie. Miyazaki's movies tend to be cutesy and sentimental. Some are a bit weird though.

Full moon wo sagashite (searching for a full moon) is pretty much what you're except for a few punches that get thrown near the end. It's about a 12 year old girl who's dream is to be a singer.
Princess Tutu is pretty good too. It's a fairy tale told in regular anime storyline and in ballet.

No blood is difficult. But I would recommend Konijika No Gashbell (if this is the correct spelling) or D.N. Angel
These are nice. They're funny with little violence...

As a nine year old girl has told me, you should watch Naruto, Bobobobobobobo, Shalon Showdown (sp?), Pokemon, and for Nick Fairly Odd Parents, Sponge Bob...that's it.
