how can i get rid of celulite? its on my butt and upper thigh. please help.

To get rid of cellulite you must begin a process which includes multiple steps. First, you need to tone the muscle beneath the cellulite to even out the fat in that area so the dips don't show so much. Try squats or stair-stepping. Also, I would purchase a "firming lotion." My firming lotion has copper in it, which activates the skin to rid it of cellulite. Also, eat less fatty or sweet foods to diminish the fat going to that area.

i am a massage therapist and i have great results with getting rid of celulite. You should try it. And if you can't afford getting massages, buy one of those at home massagers and leave it running on a celulite spot for like a minute and then move to the next one. The idea is to move the fat that is deposited there. Good Luck.

I have got to say in this because I work out everyday and I weight 115. I still have cellulite even I run five times a week for three miles..
I learn to accept what I have and live on. Why bother to worrry about this all the time when life is short.

Hi, go to www.wonderful.myarbonne.com and check out the Figure 8 Vanish. It is a two step approach to fight celllulite. I have met a lady that said it worked wonders on the thighs and rear. I haven't tried it yet myself, so I can't give a personal testimony. I do know that all of the Arbonne products that I have tried so far have done what they said they would do.

i agree with the answers.
but do cut down on your salt intake as well. Too much salt causes water retension, which may add to the celulite.
Fresh cucumber helps clean your system.
lastly, do not let the celulite issue get to you.
millions of girls&women has it.
just do your best.

there is anything that you can do with it, thanks God you have it, because the cellulite is a something like poison(toxins) in your body, and is kept in those bags to keep your body healthy, just drink lots of water, try do not drink coffee, beer, chocolate, do not smoke, and try to eat a lot of vegetables, especially celery

start weight training and doing cardio. it will lose your fat and tighten your legs. trust me im a trainer
