Sorry, I think you're being a cheapskate. I doubt you'll find a decent PS2 for under $90.00 bucks. If you do , there's gotta be stuff wrong with it and the repairs will not be worth the low price.
As they say, you get what you pay for, you want quality , you'll have to pay more.
You're better off buying a brand new one from the store or on one of the sites you've already visited. You can also look through the classifieds of your newspaper. Even with the new PS3 coming out, I've heard the prices for PS2 aren't dropping down substancially any time soon.
