African American president., although there's still a lot of racism going on, a lot of people don't think that a woman is fit for the job because of the stereotype that women are of a "weaker nature"

It might be both, if they could find the right drugs to feed Condaleeza Rice, and she was running against Hillary. But Condi's way too smart to volunteer for that thankless job. She's getting plenty of pointless dissing already. I don't know if Hillary can make it; she might get dizzy changing her chameleon suits too fast. But she has had decades of practice fooling people into thinking she can be whatever they want her to be, while actually not being any of it. But she may very well WANT the job more than anyone else. Too bad that is seldom a good qualifier for doing it well.

Its close. Barak Obama seems the most likely candidate for first African-American candidate while Hillary Clinton might be most likely first woman. Hillary is considering running in 2008 and might win, I doubt Obama will run for at least 10 years

I think a woman only because I think Hillary will be in there when George is finally out of there. However if she doesn't win by some small chance then I change my answer to I think a balck woman.
