Maybe nothing! Tomatoes tend to stop setting fruit once nighttime lows are over 70 degrees and since most of the country is having a heat wave...

Any good nursery will carry a spray called tomato blossom set and that may help solve your problem (although from experience that won't do much if the lows are over 75)

Sometimes tomato flowers will not "set" & they just fall off. This is usually due to high temperatures or lack of water.

Sometimes they fall off because they were never fertilized. Have you seen any bees or butterflies around the tomato flowers?

The flowers are supposed to fall off. After they fall off, the tomato will start to grow in.
You're not doing anything wrong.

If there's a little green nub where the flower was then do nothing. If that's not the case then the flowers weren't pollinated. Next time leave them out where the bees can get at them.
