I always see dirty diapers rolled up and stuffed in shoe boxes, inside Tupperward containers, up the sleeves of jackets, on the floor and in shopping carts at Wal-Mart, Target, K-Mart, etc.
What kind of minds would think to do such a thing?

Mexicans do that , here, so I guess its part of their culture of disregard for the rights of others. They leave them in parking lots or throw them out the windows on highways.

A friend told me that some people dispose of the diapers in a movie theater. I heard a program on National Public Radio about some of the stores from Walmart on up that certain little brown things are found in dressing rooms and behind clothing racks.
What am I doing talking about this? This is gross!
But while we are being gross,I'll report one more thing.
I was in a super market one day when I saw this person (non-Mexican) take a food can off the shelf and spit his tobbaco juice in that space behind the row of cans,then put the can back.
