I hear a lot of bad comments on petite women and how short their legs are and just other stuff like this ... esp. since it's bikini season and there's all these people saying tall girls look better and petite girls look like little kids and so forth...
This makes me kind of self-conscious, being a petite female myself...
Wearing a bikini and going to the beach and being so small...
I'm thinking I should just live my life and have fun and screw all these comments but there's still the side that's pretty insecure about it.
What do you guys think?

Remember , better things come in small packages.
Thinking about it , i don't think I've ever had a girlfriend taller than me.(my height is 175cm)

Ignore them and live your life. But keep in mind, there are MANY men that prefer petite women. So the hurtful words that bother you are just their opinion, and it doesn't matter. You probably haven't noticed the ones who say "Oh WOW, she's HOT!" when you walk by.
Btw, I'd take petite ANY DAY.

I'm 5'1" and I HATE it. I don't feel like a real person, and even my best guy friend says that I look like i'm 12 years old (i'm 19), and my legs are pretty long when considering the proportions of my body, but they are still short compared to everyone else. If I could change one thing about myself, it would definately be my height.

As a petite women myself I love it I thin it's great! I never get self-conscious about it guys I know think it's sexy! I love being short. Embrace it, love it, live it!!!

I have long legs so i don't worry about swim suites. I don't think you should worry either bcuz when you're out shopping for clothes you can ask the sales lady for help, they always put you in clothes that make you look tall and slim.

screw em all! Im about five feet tall and my kids are taller than me. i cant wear a bikini, but as for you, go ahead wear it and let all the men think you are a teenager... you'll get looks from everywhere!
