Why aren't there enough nursing teachers at Universities?

I ask because I've had to wait for 2 years to start my clinicals in SC. Can't we get more teachers?

where i am it takes ages and alot of hard work to become a lecturer. why dont you try for it abroad. most people i know that couldnt get into college here went to england.

Because they make a lot more money working in the hospitals? Just an idea.
