Drink a banana, chocolate milk shake, right after eating a salad with avacados, a can of beans with rice, a head of cabbage and three cups of black coffee with two glasses of milk, three fried eggs accompanied by a pot of oatmeal. If you don't fart with this, you are "fart proof".

eat a lot of vegetables and greasy foods and if that dont work my gf says just roll on the ground and push on your tummy or try to do some sit ups just make sure you aint eating ice cream at the time.
