I like Egg Fu Yung the best, but I'm willing to expand my horizons... but nothing gross, like those buried rotten eggs!

I like Honey Chicken, Cashew Chicken, Shrimp Lo Mein, and Egg Flower Soup or Won-ton Soup. Egg Fried Rice beats steamed rice every time!
I also prefer the Almond Cookie to the Fortune Cookie.

Depending on the TYPE of Chinese (Hunan, Sechuan, etc...) the menus vary. You might want to try Orange Chicken - not low cal, but delicious. Also, Shrimp in Lobster Sauce is pretty mild and very tasty. Slippery Shrimp - YUMMY! Broccoli Beef - very nice and always tender. Try upper end Chinese too for more of an organic fresh taste. If you live in LA, Chin-Chin is one of my all-time favorites! Happy Chowing!

i like Dim Sum. Char siu pau, ha gao, siu mai, cheong exciting… I constantly crave for it! incredibly each and every time whilst i bypass Hong Kong, a popular dim sum is a few thing to no longer be neglected. So i think of all and sundry could attempt a dim sum meal a minimum of as quickly as whilst commute to Hong Kong. It’s somewhat surprising.
