exchange of body fluid......sharing needles ...having unprotected sex with someone who is infected(means all kinds of sexual activities).....blood transfusion of unclean blood.....or infected pregnant women passing down to the child

it travels by the sharing of bodily fluids, mainly blood.

it attacks your immune system, making you fatally vulnerable to common everyday diseases, such as pneumonia or a wahtever. Aids doesnt kill you per say, its actually another illness that kills you in the end.
