What is the best graphics card out there? PCI please?

You aren't going to get a powerhouse graphics card in a PCI version that I can tell you but if that is all you have to work with then so be it. About the best you can do is a Geforce 6200, http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16814143058 it only has 128MB of memory coupled to a 64-bit interface (in case you don't know that's very low end). However, it will just barely get you by. Upgrade to something with a PCIe port at the next possible convenience.
