Use a cage trap with some kind of bait to lure it in.

We had one under our house and used a trap.

a trap. in my old house one lived under our shed. we got professionals to move the shed to a different part of the yard, then we filled its hole. I guess it was out of its hole when we did this because it dug a new hole under where the shed is now.
