It's possible... but pretty unlikely. They will actually take turns keeping piles of babies from multiple litters warm... The males are the ones you have to worry about. If there are 2 or more males they *might* attack the babies.

An adult female mouse would attack a baby that was not her own. She would even attack members of her own litter. If the mother is stressed out and bothered by a lot of babies, even if they are not her own, she will kill them to relieve the stress.

Try to make all the babies smell the same. Take MOM out of the cage. Let all the babies mix together and there is a chance she will not know.
If the babies are about the same size she will not really care if a new one is in place...BUT MAKE SURE THEY ALL SMELL THE SAME.
CAUTION!!!! Mice and rats should be handled as little as possible when they have babies. Mother's get really picky about getting messed up, nest that is.
So be very tricky.
IF the baby is BIGGER than the others it might bully them out of feeding and it could cause trouble.
I have done this with rats, I used to breed them and a mother of new Born's got killed by a cat who pulled her from the cage!
So I had to divide up the liter of rats to two other momma rats.
It is possible but there is a chance the mom may reject the newbie!
Try to get the same smell on it!

It would attack the other mouse if it was weak or if it had some mouse disease. Shy may or may not attack it if it's not part of her litter. Depending if it's weak or not!

I agree that it is possible but not very likely. Female mice generally help one another raise litters. In fact, with the mice we have now, the mother mouse wasn't nearly as affectionate with her babies as her cagemate, who spent most of the cuddling time with them.
