well as a singer NO....He raps. as a rapper, of course, he jus needs to write a new book of rhymes...al his stuff is the same nowadays and he knows it as does the rest of the world. when he can stop rappin about KIM and poppin pills and raping babies and how he doesnt give a Fu*K then he may be able to compete in the "RAP" game.
