I have an interview for an admissions counselor this week.

What are some questions you would ask me if you were interviewing me?

I would probably give you profiles of two students and ask you to make a decision about which student you would admit, and why.

They'll probably also ask you something along these lines:

"What are your strengths and weaknesses?"
"Give us an example of a time you solved a problem at work."
"What experiences have taught you to be an effective communicator?"
"How does your work experience and educational background make you a good candidate for this position?"
"Why do you want to work as an admissions counselor at this institution?"

I would ask you:
1. Do you have references as to your dependabily and promptness?
2. Have you ever written a hot check or do you have large balances on credit cards?
Can you supply me the names and phone numbers of 5 references?
3.How long have you lived at your current address and previous address?
4. Can you follow orders well without arguing?
5. How well do you get along with people?
6.Have you ever been convicted of a crime?
