Well, DH and I use "smidge" or "smidgey" for something that is really small as in "Turn that down a smidge." There's probably more but I can't think of any at the moment.

boostin'......it's almost a word.me and my friends use it as a verb....(i.e. you really boostin that fight) we say it when someone makes anything flashy or a big deal ;)
