One day...this of course depends on your state laws. The only question is why? You need to relax and sit back to let the emotional trauma of a divorce settle down. YOu would only be making a mistake to get married this quick. Take two years and date, look at where you want to be in the next 30 years. Then look for a mate.
Check ou the following website. It can answer your questions much better than I can. It also gives you a bird's eye view of a guy's psyche.

Depends on the state, but in California, you can get married the day it goes through. There is no "cooling off period" or anything like that. A lot of people get divorced and get married right there that same day because they put the divorce off too long.
Hope that helps.

I've heard of people getting married the same day as the divorce. You would want to check the laws in your state, but typically you can get married immediately after your divorce is granted and it's finalized with the courts.

You can apply for a marriage license right away. Here in my state I believe there is a two or three day waiting period after applying. However, each states has it's own set of laws so you may want to go to your county's website and check for yourself.

Um......after my day in court for the divorce????.....like....three hours later. But I DON'T recommend doing so, mine ended in divorce 6 years later. I think I'll wait longer.

every state has their own rules on that. I know that Wisconsin has a 6 month wait but Minnesota has none.
