Wow i have a few of them. A really wise person told me once it is better to regret doing something than regret not doing it. As he was telling me i was regretting the fact that i hadn't kissed him. Maybe i should have just done it? Who knows? Biggest regret not being there for my mum when she needed me most and ignoring her pain in order to make myself feel better.

Once at Primary school I got involved in bullying a girl in my class. I really liked her but was too scared to challenge the bullies. I still regret it and hope she can forgive me.
I now oppose bullying of any kind and am shocked at how much bullying goes on in the work place

Not taking better care of my health. I used to be a runner and now I can't climb a flight of stairs because my knees are so bad.
I get winded and feel much older than I am. Thank you for asking that question. I am going to do something about it right now.

Not spending more time with my Grandma before she got alzheimers. It absolutley kills me to think of all the school holidays I made excuses not to go and spend with her. Now she doesn't know who I am and I will never be able to have a conversation with my Grandma again.
