NO, but I still recommend you complete high school and/or college. The modeling business is competitive. Just because you have a job now as a model, doesn't mean it'll be there in a few months. Getting a makeup contract is good too, but they all have endings. That's why some supermodels crossover to acting, talk shows, etc.

No, you don't need a high school diploma, but if you're underage, you definitely need a work permit, and there are usually restrictions on the amount of time minors can spend doing any kind of work, including modeling. But if you're in high school, I suggest you look a little bit more big picture. It's not an either/or type question. Unless you are destined to become a world-class model (only a infinitessimal number of models become ubermodels) or marry someone rich, you're likely to need at least a high school diploma to get a job worth having. Pursue modeling alongside your education. Of course, if you're beyond high school age and didn't graduate, by all means, model away (but consider pursuing a GED).

No, you don't. Some models are as young as infants (to advertise infant clothing and items). Some are kids, teens, and the adults. Those of the early years surely don't have any diploma.

However, given the chance to have your diploma, you should have one. If you make it as a model, you should also find a way sometime to get your diploma. It is really important once you're out of the limelight and are into regular jobs.

no you dont. if you think you cna make it big during your high school years, then who needs a diploma? haha but i think you should finish high school. but you can try balancing both modeling and school. if you become a good model, you cna get homeschooled or whatever. its less hours of studying and stuff.
