clean you toilet seat more often so the urine does not stain. if you wipe it off daily it wont stain. I cant imagine how long you leave it there that is does stain.

A 50% solution of muriatic acid (available at hardware or home centers) will do it, but use with caution and be sure to wear rubber gloves. The acid is very toxic.
