I love fake eyelashes. To be honest, it just takes practice. First, take your first lash. Apply a really thin line of glue along the track. Slowly, while in front of a mirror, bring them up to your eye so tha tyou can get a close look at what you are doing. You will want to apply them juuuuuuust above the lash line (imagine that you are drawing on eyeliner, where the eyeliner would be is where your fake lashes will end up being. Holding the lashes with the tips of your fingers on either end, flip them so that the glue is towards your lid. Take both ends and put the first end on the corner of you eye. Once the first end is in position, slowly push down the rest of the lash. Once it is entirely in place, push the enitre lash against your lid to ensure adhesion. Do the same on the other eye and you will look great! you might want to apply some liner over top of the glue so it is not visible. Best of luck!

Ok- so I used to be in the same shape you are in now. I nearly glued my eyelids shut trying to put on fake eyelashes for prom!! I recommend used individual lashes (instead of the whole lash line). They are not actually individual (just a few lashes on each one)...This way you can easily place a few where you want them to go. I place the longer ones on the outer end, and a few smaller lengthen ones closer to the inside.
What you will need: individual eyelashes, individual eyelash glue, tweezers
1.) Get something plastic (I use the little palette that the lashes come in. Pour a very small amount of individual eyelash glue o the plastic.
2.) Wait about 2 minutes to allow the glue to become sort of sticky- this will make it easier to apply and stick to your lashes.
3.)use a tweezerss to pick up each bundle of lashes and dip them into the glue (just the tip).
4.) Place lashes wherever you want them between your own lashes (but not too close to your eye...I'm sure you know this...but I've done it so many times...the glue burns)
5.)Hold in place for just a second with the tweezer.
I hope this helps you- after a while it will become alot easier and faster. I wear lashes usually three times a week, and it only takes about 5 minutes to put them on. Good Luck :)

It's very hard, it just takes practice. You want to put them above your lash-line. Apply your make-up before you put them on, but don't add your mascara. Yes, they are safe with contacts. I put the glue on the fake-lash in a very thin layer. Make sure they fit before you put the glue on, you may have to cut off a little bit. Make sure, though, that you're working in very good lighting!

the key is to give the glue a few seconds to dry a little, the glue will become tacky and adhear to the surface better. Take your time and keep on trying.

if you don't want to do it the first time ask a friend to do t for you,(someone who knows how) and they'll probably be able to explain it a lot better if you have any questions.
