and when the matter is transfered from one form to the next the "memory" is transfered too if at least in a small minute way. and if all matter is connected all the "memories" are connected also. this vast collection of "memories" are what we percieve as God.
I am using the term "memories" because I can't think of another term that fits.

a good book to read on your questions is holographic universe. it explains the idea that all the information in the universe is at any point in the universe. all the information of our body is contained in cells in our body. holograms have all the information in a hologram contained in each cell of the hologram, so if you break the hologram in a million pieces you will still have the complete picture in each piece.
this would be related to the idea that matter has memory, because the matter istself would contain all the information in the universe. also, if you are familiar with the idea of entanglement, then you will also know that it is a fact of nature that when matter interacts with other matter then they become entangled and basically one.
as far as each of us having our own reality, that is possible too despite the entaglment of everything. because our consciousness only allows us to be aware of limited information we all get our own point of view of reality, although we are probably all connected somehow. which would probably help explain some paranormal phenomena. however, there is another sense in which we are each having our own experiences of reality, despite having access to the same stimuli. we each perceive stimuli with two processes. one is with our senses and the other with our thought. so, we experience the world through our thoughts. since thoughts are in the form of concepts and concepts having different meaning for each person, we all end up experiencing the world differently. and sense experiences make uo our reality for the most part, it is almost safe to say that we each have different realities.

Some matter can loose that memory and remains the same. For instance, if a person had an accident and loses memory on how to speak that doesnt make him less of a human, is the same human without the conscience of memory.
Matter doesnt have conscience because doesnt have soul and free will, one person can be angry, happy, anything because he wants to through free will , matter cant be another thing, one apple cant be water even if there is water in that apple.
Memory can transport a person to another level or emotional state, for instance what I call emotional memory, to remember something good or bad, with feelings involved, thats a big capacity of the human that matter lacks.

very interesting. it is very possible, we as humans generally believe that we are the highest beings on earth right now and that we're "more special" than say a rock. however, why is it that we think of ourselves as special? because we have come to believe that we are the only "beings" that can think and feel and react with thought rather than instinct. also that we are the only ones who dream, besides dogs who have recently been proven that they might do just that.
To get to my point, we have no way of knowing any of this and that is wat I am most frustrated about our lives that have been given to us. we know nothing except for the things we perceive. we can say that a rock is always in it's place until someone moves it, but how do we know that there is a rock there until we touch it. I sometimes believe that this whole life of ours is a dream. but now i've gone a little of topic and anyone who's read this probably thinks i'm crazy because they rationalize to much.
life is too irrational

In a sense, the universe as a whole has memory because it always moves in one direction on the entropy line. I'm not sure that applies to individual parts though, and there's certainly no reason to suspect this has anything significant to do with what some people perceive as god.

There is no matter, where there is no memory. Matter only is because we remember it again. All matter has memory in this sense, that we only see a thing because we remember seeing it.
