When Marge gets amnesia. When Marge becomes a bodybuilder. Or when Homer gets is eyes pecked the crows and Dr Hilbbert prescribes him medicinal marijauna. That's just a few off the top of my head. How could anybody have a favorite? there are just too many good ones. The one where Homer becomes pie man is also a very funny one.

The one where Homer goes to a water park and he goes down a slide and gets stuck inside the slide. The helicopter has to come in and remove a piece of the slide with Homer still inside the slide. And as the helicopter is flying away all the kids in line to get on the slide boo him because he puts the slide out of service.

I love the one where Bart draws "Angry Dad". Especially the part where Homer is doing something stupid in the front yard and says ' I hope no one's drawing this!' and Bart is drawing it.
But I also love one where Homer's head is turned into a doughnut and he is eating it saying 'MMMMM, forbidden doughnut'. Classic Homer!
