As the previous answerer said, MusicMatch Jukebox is an excellent tool for what you want to do. I'd recommend it as well, but there's another program that also works very well and has the advantage of being free for a full-featured version. It's called "Audiograbber", and the information page for it is at the below link. On that page you can click to get to the download section. Good luck.

Get Music Match Jukebox.
The free version does a wonderful job of transferring CD's to your computer in MP3 format and will also transfer MP3's to a CD playable on any CD player.
It will also act as a jukebox on your computer letting you choose a playlist etc.
