President Bush dropped the S-bomb. Vice President Cheyney dropped the F-bomb last year.
President Clinton had an affair. So did President Kennedy. President Harding had the Secret Service restrain his wife after she caught him having an affair - and that was in the '20s! (Harding was a Republican, not that it matters)
Senator Kennedy's drunken driving killed a woman.
None of this is good, and is very difficult to explain to children. It's silly to say "Democrats are bad to women", and it's silly to say "Republicans use bad language". The truth is, Bush is our elected President, and we're stuck with him, like it or not.
So, for what it's worth, President Bush was wrong for dropping the S-Bomb, and President Clinton was more wrong for cheating on his wife and lying about it, but two wrongs do not make a right. We can just hope that our next President is as couragous and polished as either Roosevelt.

I guess the left wing standard is to cigar blast a young intern in the office of the president and receive oral satisfaction on Easter Sunday when your wife is in the same house and then lie about it to a grand Jury and then parse words about the defintion of "sexual relations" in front of all of America's children. How did you explain that one off to your youngster? Is it just a Georgia thing? A democrat thing? Goerge didn't know the Microphone was on and Swore for affect to another important world leader to help make clear how serious the situation was. Bill Clinton has been accused of rape and defiled the presidents desk of the United States then lied about it so please.

I hope you'd be more concerned about teaching your son spelling, punctuation, correct usage of capital letters and proper grammar than having him overhear the "S" word.
Trust me, he'll hear a lot worse than "S" in school, on the streets or even at the playground!
Democrats such as Kennedy committed adultery and don't even get me started on Clinton...
Instead of allowing your son to watch news broadcasts (which are geared for adults) that may upset him or you, I believe Barney the purple dinosaur's show is still being shown on the TV.
As for being sick, you may want to have your obsession with George W. Bush investigated - I'm not trying to be rude, but with this latest ranting of yours, I'm really worried you'll have a nervous breakdown.
Take care and have a happy day! :-)

It's how many powerful people talk. He was talking to Tony Blair directly. How would characterize it most directly were innocents being killed?
I see it more as an exploitation of his private moment than anything. Cheney told some senator to "F" off a while back.
Imagine being able to tell some whining senator that. Cool.
It demonstrates that these guys are human like anyone else. You didn't say how old your son was, but he's probably heard it. Mine was running around yelling "Fat Bastard!" at 4. I don't know where he got it, but he did.

This is the first time in six years that I've had an ounce of respect for the man. Now if he'd just allow himself to be "accidentally on mike" and say the F word with respect to our bearded buddies, I'd really be impressed. When Cheney used THAT special monosyllable on the floor of the Senate, it was the only time I liked HIM.

Bush was always comfortable with the idea others doing his heavy lifting. He knows he's nothing more than a stand-in President for 2 years. He knows he's got a weekly paycheck till then AND that nobody can fire him.
He's such a kidder!

I'd rather he use foul language than use the White House as a carnal sin house like Clinton. Yes foul language is uttered everyday by us Texans! Get over it.

He did not say it on TV. He said it to someone at a meeting and the news media put it on tv.
By the way, that is NOTHING compared to what the dirtbag/criminal Clinton did while in office.
