Usually in the swimming pools. There are a number of public pools around. If you stay in the hotel, there bound to be one too. If you want the sea, head for East Coast Park, Changi Beach or Sentosa beaches.

You can go swimming in the swimming pool located at your hotel where you stay at.

Or if you want to swim at the sea, try Sentosa beaches or Pasir Ris Park. I haven't swum at that place, so you should ask if you can swim there.

For water park with slides, etc. you should go to Wild Wild Wet at Dowtown East. It is located adjacent to Escape Theme Park.
