I would like to know if there is any simple chemical test to detect whether cow milk is added with goat milk?

get a calf and a kid (baby goat) and see which milk each of them chooses.

not really.
fat content, protein content, etc all vary depending on the individual, genetics and feed. If goat and cow is mixed there's no way to tell which is which. Fact is most people have good properly cared for goat milk in one glass and cow milk in another cannot taste the difference. Some actually pick the goats milk as preferred.
