Certainly not girlish!! My boys both have long, dark eyelashes and they are complimented all the time on how it brings out their eyes. Not girly...just a great feature to have!

Hot for the same reason long eyelashes are hot on girls. They look, I dunno sort of flirty and bring out the eyes more.
