I've had that problem before...Usually, what I do is daydream, but I'm guessing that you don't like that. Try bringing a book, or something that you can read for hours. And if it's Europe-North America, then you should probably sleep for at least part of the flight or else it'll take you a really long time to get used to the time change!
Or if you're a prankster, than you can go ahead and bring a Whoopie cushion or something. It's always fun to slip it onto the seat of the person in front of you, wait until they sit donw, and then say, "Oh, sorry, I think I must have dropped that!" They probably won't trust you for the rest of the way, so be prepared for cautious looks before you pull your next prank! :P
The bomb one was pretty cool...or you could always pretend that you're talking in your sleep...or sing quietly and annoyingly through part of the flight...or play on a Nintendo DS...or if you have a laptop, bring it and check your email!!! I wish I could do that on a plane...but nope, I don't have one...*grumble*

Raid your mom's medicine cabinet and look for a bottle of Valium. That should get you through most, if not all, of the flight.
heh, OK, seriously...do you have a Game Boy (or whatever kids are playing with these days)? Do you like to read? All international flights show movies, so you could watch the movies they show. I'm sure you'll spend part of the time sleeping, as well. Maybe look for other kids your age and hang out with them?

You can sleep part of the time, for the other part of the time make sure you have enough things to keep you busy. Pack a video game (like a psp or nintendo ds), an mp3 player, maybe a portable dvd player to watch a movie. Make sure you also have some magazines to read.

zanex and vodka. you'll have a happy flight allllll the way.
If the mean old flight attendants won't give it to you because you're a minor, there's also Kakuro; that'll fry your brain nicely for hours.
(i also like the response about whispering to your neighbor about the bomb. mega entertainment value, but it might make the flight a bit longer.)

invest in a playstation portable, get a laptop/portable dvd player for movies, read a book, sleep, take snacks, work crossword puzzles. there's lots to do if you think about. oh yeah, try and see how long you can last in the tiny bathroom.

Meditate...step back from yourself, 'watch' your mind and all its activity. Simply notice how much your brain skips from one thing to the next, then gently allow yourself to think about breathing, slowly in and out. You may be fascinated at what you learn.
