bit hard to answer ya question when u dont state ya height weight and dress size,but if you got big hips never wear a top that goes past ya hips you will look bigger,always wear a top that just sits on ya hips wearing black makes you look slimmer too

where is the picture post it
if you have taken a look in the mirror and you think it make you look FAT
then it is most likely you look fat
try a darker color with lines or stripes around the hips
the attention will be draw down that area and you would look faltering instead of fat
please don't do an outfit with the same design

Can't see the outfit. If it looks like a duck, & walks like a duck, it's a duck. If it makes you feel fat & inferior or self concious, let's say, if the shoe fits, wear it!
