From the London Marathon site:

The 2007 entry system will open on 1st August 2006. The entry form is contained within a free magazine called Marathon News which is available from all major high street sports stores. A full list of Marathon News stockists will be available on this website from August. If you have applied to take part in the Flora London Marathon within the last five years you will be sent a copy of the magazine automatically.

You will need to complete the entry form and return it to us by the specified closing date. Once the ballot is closed which is towards the end of October every year, there is a wait until you find out whether you have secured a place. In the first week of December you will receive another copy of Marathon News magazine which will advise if you have been successful. The minimum age to enter the marathon is 18 years.
