I usually like guys that are my friends because I know them, and I know that they won't hurt me the way other guys, no matter how hot or smart they are, might.

Well I'm blessed that my boyfriend also has both. However by saying that when I met him he was growing a beard as a joke and look rather scruffy. So I fell for his charming and happy personality before I came to realize he was also equally good in looks.
I do believe personality is more important. I'm being completely honest here as i have had previous boyfriends whom were not the best in looks but their personality and charm made them attractive.

I definatly go for looks... At first, but if he cant make me laugh I dont usually stay interested for long. And you shouldnt limit it to just looks or peronality, I want a guy that is well respected by others, that has mannars and is polite( like opening doors for others and smiling a lot, you know, the please and thank you stuff) I also want a guy that is sure of himself. That will get you some attention from the ladies I promise!

Looks are nice but personality is more important. A guy needs to have manners. Also if he is nice to everyone and fun to be around. And not self absorbed. Each girl is looking for something a little different. Like they say, opposites attract. I know I like guys that are more outgoing and daring because I tend to be more quiet and love adventures but have to be a little pushed into them. Just be yourself and it will all work out.

I look for how good he is inside, does he have integrity, honesty, kindness? Also, there is the physical attraction too, not meaning he has to be some kind of hottie, just appealing. No jelly bellies, no slobs, no macho creeps.
