Well, maybe major foundations are hauling out big bucks on this one for ' discreet research ' as some may call it, but in all fairness to your question, I'll reserve comment 'til ALL, and I mean, ALL, the facts are in.

The song says that's what it's all about, and I believe it because the song is inerrant. I know the song is inerrant because my momma told me my music teacher told her that the Hokey Pokey says that the Hokey-Pokey is what it's all about, and so I believe it 100%.
