go to her house and call the cops to help you get the kids and bring a copy of your order. They have no choice but to give you your kids and there is nothing she can do about it. In fact he she pitches a fit they will arrest her.

Save money and file contempt of court charges. There are attorneys who will work very affordably. Interuption of Visitation/Contempt of Court can make her pay a fine or even go to jail, she might not like that and make sure she follows the court papers after that.

Dude i feel your pain.My ex-wife is doing me the same way.But there is a way to get her.You can get a pro bono lawer just go to the court house and ask the da or the clerk of courts.Trust me there is a way to nail her and get what you deserve.Dude you just dont know how similar our situations are,lol!It's kinda scary.I wish you luck,and if all else fails take her back to court and talk to the judge yourself.Woman have too many rights in these times.Good luck.

Call the cops its should fall under "interfering with child custody" especially since it's court ordered and your up to date on your child support. Plus If I am not mistaken it is a state jail felony charge.

Try to find an attorney that will take payments.....or.....file for sole custody on your own, there are a lot of books that show you how at the library. And above all else......PRAY!!!!!

She is in contempt of court. You need to file a petition to that effect. Use legal aid if you need to.
