Got two problems
first is that when in the water reguardless how much I rev it up it moves slowly or not at all
second is that after 7000 rpms it misses..

Sounds like the carbs need to be adjusted and either you have a damaged impeller or a lot of stuff packed up in the intake

I have a 1999 Kawasaki extremely one hundred and fifty it runs warm and overheats used it when I wiped clean out all the coolest hoses and used a compressor even as on flush out hose ,it comes out sturdy can this be a impeller project ? I checked the in take and this gadget halls *** it in basic terms doesn t cool the engine any recommendations ?

I would say u got a suverrely damged inpeler or u got a sheer pin broken, now on the 7000 rps thing i dont know.

You've either got a leak in the jet system, or more likely... your transmission is going out.
