Best running shoes: Nike Airs that I had in high school almost twenty years ago. I can't remember which Air series, but I remember that they were white with a purple swoosh (soooo 80's...LOL!!!). If I could find them again, I'd buy several pairs. As far as casual shoes...I have a pair of Aigner flats that I have worn the soles through several times. And as far as boots...can't go wrong with my Frye's. Although, Cruiserworks motorcycle boots are the bomb, just expensive.

I love the $1-5 flip-flops from Wal-Mart or Target or wherever. It's the closest I can get to going barefoot and still be able to eat in fast food restauraunts.
