It might be a chemical imbalance - that's not serious, but will create some serious reactions. See your doctor about this, they may put you on some medicine that will help you. Just do what you can to avoid stress and take it easy on yourself the best you can.

It might be low blood sugar coupled with hormones - as you are becoming a woman. When you get upset, or emotional, go find food, specifically meat (salmon or tuna is especially good) and some fruit (apple or berries) or a cracker or 1 cookie, and some peanuts or other nuts. Make yourself a small snack, eat it, then try to find something active to do for 1/2 hour, like playing with a pet, or singing or exercises or calling a friend.
If this works every time, then it might be low blood sugar. You may want to check out www.hufa.org, especially the symptoms page.

Likely because your growing. your having alot of hormonal issues right now that is causeing stress, anxiety, and out of control emotions.. its ok. just keep it in persective and youll be fine. in other words "dont sweat the small stuff...and its all small stuff".
In order to get you threw this period of your life you may need to reformat your brain a bit so you dont get so depressed. Practice, when you get down, thinking of something extremely funny or pleasing, like imagine a teacher your really dislike getting depantsed at school. or someplace you really like and want to visit. it takes practice to allow these thoughts to replace the bad ones but its well worth it
For example i have problems with paying my bills. it gets me down sometimes and i get a little depressed. I alow myself to experience this depression only for a short time, because if i didnt experience it all i would probably become callus and carefree about taking care of the bills.. even bad feelings have their purpose in life. But then i begin to replace those feelings with other better thoughts and my mood changes..
Good luck! your normal. dont let life get you down )

Hormones are what's wrong with you. Your hormones are all over the place because you're going from a girl to a woman. At least your body is. If you realize what's happening it's easier to deal with. Get your mother to take you to the library there are lots of books on the subject. Welcome to the club sweetie.

Baby grl don't fret. The age is right for things not to look the way you want them to. For your emotions to be in an uproar talk to your counselor @ school or your mom or older sister type figure.

You may be going through that time when you start to be a young lady. If this is not it, talk to someone who can let you talk to a counselor.
