Just man up and be honest, if you are not into her tell her.
Men if all you want from a girl is for her to honk on bobo than just tell her many girls have low self esteem and will probably be fine with it they would do anything for male attention.
Good Luck

Well, just let her know in a nice way that you enjoyed the time you shared together but, right now you're not looking for anything serious at the moment.....and tell her let's continue to be friends with no strings attached.

Don't break anything to her. Keep on hitting it and DON'T treat her like a girlfriend. Don't hang out with her much. Don't call her often. Don't introduce her to your family or to friends who don't know her. If you must introduce her, introduce her as your "friend."

If she ever asks you point-blank about your dating status with regard to her, tell her she's an awesome bang, really hot, and that you've really enjoyed your time together with her. But also mention that you're not really looking for a relationship with anyone.

OR you can just tell her that you and she are dating and treat her like crap. That always works (you'd be surprised how well).

However you do it, odds are she's going to be upset. I'd say that the was to hurt her feelings least would be a crawling apology for taking advantage of her while you were drunk, and that you feel very badly about it.

um...honesty is always good! Of course, if it was good, are you sure you want to break it off? ;) Just kidding!
She probably already had your number and you may not have to do anything at all! Best of luck to you!
