I'd say McKenzie because that's how it sounds, or MacKenzie but most definitely not MeKenzie.

anything but the Mckenzie. she will get teasing for a name similar to McDonald.
MacKenzie sounds to me almost masculine, but Mekenzie sounds the best to me. sweet, cute, and no odd capitalization spelling.

I love the name McKenzie. I say keep it simple it spell it the way I have it earlier.

McKenzie...make it easier on the girl. Most people will spell the Mc sound as Mc...so you have it there. The rest as Kenzie will always be correct.

So, your child will have an easy name.
