Take note : Gentle Cleansing + Plenty of 2.5% Benzoyl Peroxide
+ Adequate Moisturization = Clear Skin
Acne on back - back acne - "bacne"
Back acne is prevalent, and often harder to treat than facial acne. The back is made of tough skin with thousands of sebaceous glands that produce a lot of oil.
Acne on the back is often more severe, sometimes with many nodules and cysts. In this case, topical treatment may not be sufficient. For mild to moderate bacne, the Clear Skin Regimen works well, however I have discovered that glycolic acid combined with the regimen can improve chances.
The bacne regimen is identical to the regular regimen with the addition of an 8-10% glycolic acid (alpha hydroxy) lotion. I have found this product on store shelves here in the States, most notably at Rite-Aid, my favorite product being Alpha Hydrox Enhanced Lotion.
1. Wash the area gently with a mild cleanser and let dry.
2. Apply the alpha hydroxy lotion and wait for it to dry.
3. Apply bp generously. (You can flip-flop step 2 and 3 if you'd like)
4. Apply moisturizer if needed.
One more thing to mention when talking about back acne is back packs. Heavy back packs rub on the upper shoulders/back and can cause irritation. As annoying as it sounds, you might want to try hand held bag for the first few weeks of this back acne regimen. Once you are clear, try using a back pack again. If you break out, you'll know to go back to a hand held bag.
WARNING! This is NOT an appropriate regimen for the face or neck. Your skin on the face and neck is likely to get very red on this regimen. Only the tough skin of the body can tolerate the combo. The regular regimen will clear up your face and neck. Do not try the back acne regimen on the face or neck.
The back is a very tough area and can often handle both medications. However, you may still want to try one area for a few days with both medications before treating the entire back. I have also noticed that the area to the rear of my arm pit can get irritated from alpha hydroxy, so I avoid that area.
TIP: Benzoyl peroxide bleaches fabric. Keep this in mind if using the Clear Skin Regimen on the back. You will need to wear white.

I Think, Your Body Is Starting 2 Biuld Up An Immunity 2 Your Usaul Treatment. You can simply get rid of acne by swimming 1 hour a day, this actually would get rid of your acne as long as your target spots are under water, if its ur face then swim under water {EVER HEARD OF THE (Osmosis Effect ??) Works On Skin Too }, I Completely Got Rid Of My Acne In About 6 Days, I Go Swimming All The Time Now, =D [Like Seeing How Long I Can Hold My Breath, Lol ] Your Acne Wont Come Bak As Long As You Swimm Every Now And Then, Or Just Take Long Baths With Ur Head Under Water... PS: Ever Seen Some 1 On The Swim Team With Acne??

T get the best help that will clear up your pimples you must go to a dermatologist for there are varied treatments available today and no one needs to be embarrassed by acne anymore. There's Retina A but the strength that will work is available by prescription only(over the counter products that contain Retina A do not work for not strong enough). You get the added benefit of reversing sun damage. Until you go before you do daily hygiene for some breaks outs are caused by bacteria that builds up as a result of sweat-only the dermatologist will be able to tell cause and give treatment to get rid of safely.

Get some Zinc gluconate from the supplements section of the supermarket. One tablet a day. That's for the long run.
For the short run, get a tan. Sunlight acts as an antibiotic. Just make sure you use sunscreen with an SPF of at least 30 and don't overdo it.

NOOOOOO! You have (gasp!) random pimples?????? Sometimes even (double gasp!!!) TEN!!! Chill, girl, its not the end of the world...everyone gets pimples, and ppl with acne will have it way worse than you. Try to get some exfoliating scrub from the drug store, or use oatmeal soap...that works well. And if you're eating bad, that doesn't help. Good food=better complexion. Good luck with that!

Hi there,
When I was pregnant and my hormone levels were out of wack I broke out in pimples on my back and that is something I never experienced before..so I asked my doctor. He told me to go to the pharmacy and buy PanOxyl it is a Antibacterial acne gel and is water based for sensitive skin. It worked for me hopefully you will have the same luck. Also another trick I found lately was tea tree oil for those pimples that appear on my face, seems to dry it out.

Use a long handled scrubber in the shower with Ivory soap! Its gentle and keeps your skin ph at a proper level. You can use it on your whole body (great for shaving) and its a great facial cleanser. Its the only thing my hubby can use for shaving, he doesnt get those razor rashes. Also, my skin hasnt broken out in over 4 years by using it daily & I tried everything before, I swear by Ivory soap!

If this is a chronic problem, see a Dermatologist... they might prescript a low dose antibiotic to take daily. If that doesn't help, they may put You on a 5 Month Course of Accutane... and that will stop it once and for all.
