you can count 12-14 days from the beginning of your last period another way of checking for ovulation is by temperature. Take your temperature everyday and when your temperature goes up 1 degree this is probably your ovulation time. Rememeber this is just a guestamit. You can delay ovulation for over a week due to stress, illness or other problems.

Figure out when your next period is due to begin and count back 12 to 16 days. This will give you a range of days when you will probably be ovulating (for women with a 28-day cycle, the 14th day is often the one). To use this method, you must know how long your cycle usually lasts.

Ovulation is half way between your periods. It is the release of the egg from the ovary. If not pregnant, the egg gets shed with the endometrial build-up which is the period. Roughly 14 days but slightly varied depending on you. It is the most fertile time of the month.

Anywhere from a few days to two weeks. Each woman is different. There are ovulation detection sticks that work like a pregnancy test. Basal thermometers can help predict it too. Take your temp as soon as you wake up every morning. When you ovulate your temp is slightly higher than normal.

On average, it occurs about 14 days into your cycle, but it can vary depending on the woman or the month. Don't rely on ovulation tracking alone to prevent pregnancy, if that's what you're trying to do- it's not very reliable.

Ovulation is when your ovary releases an egg to be fertilized. It occurs about 14 days into your cycle. First day of your period is day one.
