Yahoo Messenger 8 and Avatar???

Have messenger 8 and when i follow the directions to display Avatar when i get to click Ok it puts me back to the page where i created Avatar.. Is this supoose to happen and is there something i need to do one that page to apply my Avatar to my Messenger?

That Just Means You Can Only Do 32 Subjects.
