no masturbation doesn't result to a small d-i-c-k or wrong maturity/body development. the only things that masturbation causes are shooting c-u-m, releasing sexual tension, and feeling good. i've been masturbating (w-a-n-k-i-n-g) for 16 years now, starting when i was just 5 years old, and i have a 12 inch d-i-c-k and a muscular body. i'm 21 years old now, very much alive, horny, and continuously w-a-n-k-i-n-g at least once a day even though i have sex with my girlfriend every night. cheers!
