wel lthat someone would be your fathers step grandaughter/ grandson so i guess that person would be your your step niece/nephew , but im confused,,lol

Ok, if your dad marry's a friend's grandmother......
That would make your father their step-grand father
That would make their Grandmother your stepmother
The relationship between him/or her with you is step grand brother or sister from your dad
The relationship between him/or her with you from grandmother is step brother or sister.......
If you two were married that would make grandmother your step grandmother
You guys are step brother and/or step-sister no matter how you look at it

your dad would then be their step-grandfather. And....the grandmother would then be your step-mother.
That's kind of weird.
Me personally wouldn't get involved.

Your dad would be their step-grandfather, and you would be their step-aunt or step-uncle.
