yes with most things, now that im a parent i see i am doin the same to my children, as a parent we try to make life easier for our children because we know how it will turn out based on our life experiences, but children never listen, (i never listened what did mom or dad know?) .and they just have to experience it themselves to learn from that experience, to grow from that experience, to become wiser in adulthood from that experience, and so on..ya get me? (jeez i even sound like my parents now)

I hate to allow you to understand this yet... there is no longer some thing out of the conventional incorrect with them. in reality my mum and dad were "toddler Boomers" besides and their virtually precisely like each and everything you defined. Mine are retired, paranoid, set of their procedures, hardly bypass out, do not socialize a lot from their living house, and so on. yet I do imagine your mom may were considered by technique of layman's words as "mentally sick" as schizophrenia disrupts the steadiness between psychological applications. In ordinary words, they're purely getting quite previous. the foremost ingredient right here isn't to get mad at them for doing things you could't administration. Do you bear in mind that putting forward of; We change into our mum and dad? properly, it is kinda authentic. i imagine they stepped ahead features that their mum and dad did even as they were youthful yet do not comprehend it. My grandmother loved to hoard and my dad inherited that from her and that i have realized I actual have a not basic time letting gadgets bypass which scares me. the point is, have staying power with them- elevate circumstances that were interesting and also you had an effective time to get them enticing in interesting conversations about existence of their accurate state before they'd youthful toddlers and were given lower than pressure with costs, jobs and youthful toddlers.

,I married out of my religion. It was a nightmare for 20 years. However, I also discovered how lying, controlling, manipulative and cruel my folks could be, and when dad died in Jan. I refused to attend the funeral, and haven't seen mom in 2 years and have no intentions of ever seeing her again. After dad threw food at me in a restaurant a few years ago, she emailed me saying it was OK to do. She is insane, and so was he.

I don't want to brag but as a mother I told my son to study instead of going out or he could fail. He went out and failed his year.
I told him a girlfriend was just using him, he said no she wasn't, she was.
There have been other instances as well.
Mothers do know best at times
