First Thank you for the question and the comment.

Second i would like to answer with some facts.

In 2001 Hizbullah kidnapped 3 Israelie soldiers and they were able to get in exchange for their bodies 500 lebanese prisonners.

Now, almost the same thing happened. Hizbullah attacked only the Israeli army but Israel on the first day began to destroy Lebanon and not Hizbullah with a plan that seems to be pre prepared.

People are being killed. Innocent people are being killed. This is not eliminating terrorism this is expending terrorism.

I am a Lebanese Christian (have i ever been a terrorist ? )

Isreal wants just to destroy lebanon and try to solve again the mideastproblem on the lebanese territory!

This issue is SO much more complicated than your question makes it sound. The issue really doesn't have anything to do with the kidnapped soldiers so much as it was the kidnapping that was the straw that broke the camel's back.

When people do nothing the nut cases take that as a sign of weakness. Those who do not take action only encourage future attacks. Israel should have knocked out something in Syria too and told Iran to knock it off or they will suffer too. Both Syria and Iran lack the balls to do something so they get the dumb Hezbollah and Hamas people to act for them.

I applaud Israel for the way they have reacted, not going to anyone just going to town.

If we (the United States) had this much pride for our nation and our citizens we have started pounding Iraq on Sep. 11, not have given anyone of them a chance to flee to another country or try to prepare for an attack.

On a side note Lebanon is being funded and its weapons are all coming from Iran, I would not be surprised to see them on the next attack... bomb away I say.

That's simplifying the situation. The killing and abduction of the Israeli soldiers was the straw that broke the camels back for Israel. They have endured years and years of homicide bombings killing and maiming their citizens. Now they are throwing all they have at Hezbollah. Many thousands of years ago God gifted Israel (His chosen people) the land. Who are we to say they shouldn't be able to fight for what is theirs? God bless and save the state of Israel!

You can't honestly say that because it hasn't happened to you. I don't know of a single person in this world who would sit back and say, "Hey, it's okay. My loved one is probably dead. Don't fight on his behalf because too many people are suffering."

Your remarks are indeed biased. You absolutely have an agenda here.

If you didn't try to get that one family member back, maybe they'd come and take another and another. Would you really just say, "That's okay. Take them all. I'm not going to do anything about it?"
