That is overweight. Your ideal should be in the 150 lb range
Lets put it this way im 6'5" and weigh 250 .. and im considered 20 Lbs overweight

That is just a little over weight you should weigh around 165lb to 170lbs. Ask you doctor they would know exactly how much you need to weigh.
I am 5.6 150lbs

It depends on how tall you are. If you aren't around six foot or taller, yes you are overweight. I have the same problem as you. I am going to a professional weight loss clinic, you should consider this.

Depends how tall you are and if you have lots of muscels or not...
ok ... it seems alittle bit too much for your hieght, but then again, you didn't say if you had mad muscels or not LOL

um if you have muscles you are fine and don't weigh too much just remeber muscle weighs more than fat
