If you have brown hair

Eyes:

Dust bone shadow all over the eyelid and medium brown on the lid from lashline to crease. Use mahogany as a liner.

Lips:

Lip color with brown undertones and a hint of pink or plum work best for brunettes.

Cheeks:

Choose a shade of pink that looks like the color of your cheeks when they're naturally flushed.

If your eyes are: Green Try: Lavender and mocha. Purple shades contrast your color, making eyes look dramatic; warmer shades of mocha complement green, giving a natural effect. Wear mocha for day, lavender for night, and top both with brown mascara.

I have green eyes and brown hair also.. I use almay eye makeup which is made for green eyes. you cover your eyelid with a plum shadow, the crease of your eye with a dark forrest green, and up to your eyebrows with a very light, almost mint green. Mascara brings out the color, along with the eye makeup, so i usually keep my lips simple with a soft color lip gloss, it also makes the lips look more plump.

Well, I also have green eyes. I have found that pink-plum eyeshadow really makes the green stand out.

hmmmm hard color pallet, oh i might say that with your features i would definatekly just stay natural tans, toffees, and nude shades of eye shadow applied with an nice soft brush! for lips a clear gloss would go great with your complection and maybe just a touch of mascara on the tips of the lashes, and some nice pink/toffee/nude type of blush and just apply it to the apples of your cheeks

i would go with light pinks and purples for eyeshadow, and light pinks for lipstick/gloss. they compliment your eyes as well as your hair color. :)
