You may want to look at individual comprehension skills. For example, Helping Students Locate Main Ideas, Distinguishing Fact from Opinion, and Making Inferences are topics you can investigate. You can find a lot of articles online and in libraries, and some teachers can also give you some suggestions for specific comprehension strategies. Good luck.

I don't mean to sound mean, but your grammar needs some improvement and I'm not understanding the question. If you mean you are a teacher or work in education, and you are doing a project on reading comprehension problems and need a title, then I would something like "Am I reading this right?" or something like that.
